Casey Comets Football Club aims to provide a quality football experience that will allow a complete pathway from entry level to the highest level. We will promote and foster active involvement in an inclusive, respectful and enjoyable community that will support and develop young men and women to reach their potential as players and individuals. 

Objectives

The Club's main objective is to be the sought after destination for soccer in the Casey area

Encourage and support players to the best of their abilities and provide opportunities for players to participate at different levels of soccer

Provide a safe and healthy environment that values, supports and encourages players of all ages, abilities, genders, cultures and backgrounds

Encourage, promote and foster fair play, respect and sportsmanship

To cretae a fully suportive environment where al players, parents, members, officials and supporters are of value and feel they can contribute

To create, provide and maintain open levels of communication to and between the Club and its Members.

Purpose and Values

To provide soccer and the opportunity to participatein competitive soccer in accordance with the Rules of Competition of Football Federation Australia and Victoria

Promote and encourage participation and enjoyment whilst developing the skills of all players

To ensure that players play with respect, humility, integrity and rewqard through effort, fair play and discipline at all times

To ensure that players receive coaching in technique, balls skills and to devlop football intelligence. We encourage our Coaches to facilitate and foster this environment.

To support our Coaches with development and the opportunity their knowledge base through education and training

Philosophy

Casey Comets encourage an inclusive development pathway from junior soccer to competitive senior soccer by implementing an age appropriate FFA training curriculum

Casey Comets strives to prepare each and every player to reach his/her highest level of competition by providing coaching to ensure the best development of players

The Club's focus is on the support and development of all its players and building a community that nutures and fosters each players love of the game

We strive to be successful at all levels and are committed to the youth development
