The Netball Club is also responsible for the BBQ stall on July 4, 2009 (Nullawil AWAY) and again on March 6th 2010. We will be looking for volunteers closer to those dates for two shifts:
SHIFT ONE: 8:30AM - 10:30AM 4 People
SHIFT TWO: 10:30AM - 12:30PM 5 People

Heather and Marlene Laursen will set up the Murrabit Hall on the Friday morning before the market.
v Please be at the MURRABIT HALL at 8:00 AM with at least 3 DOZEN HOME MADE pieces of SLICE, CAKE or PIKLETS.
v The EASTER, NOVEMBER and 1ST DECEMBER MARKET you are required at the hall at 7:30AM due to those particular markets being busy and requiring more food preparation.
v List of duties on the day:
- Make up sandwiches;
- Scones with jam and cream etc;
- Make up plates of food;
- Serve cups of tea and coffee, soft drinks etc;
- Collect dirty dishes from the tables
- Clean up after everyone is gone and stack away tables and chairs
- Sweep out the hall and kitchen
Money needs to be counted at the end of the day by both a netballer and a school mum.

v A $50 FINE WILL OCCUR if you have not found your own replacement and the morning tea's shift is left short.
v By doing these morning teas we have raised a substantial amount of money for the Netball Club so your contribution is GREATLY APPRECIATED.
