These by-laws are to be read in conjunction with the AFL Victoria Rules & Regulations.
Any matter not provided for in these by-laws shall be determined by the EDFL board or the EDFL independent tribunal, whichever the case may be, at a properly constituted meeting of that particular body. Its interpretation / decision shall be binding.
