BCSC Pitch 1 was barely playable, with the middle part of the ground shifting, and soiled just filled in to make up for the lack of grass and covering up the mud.

ACSC had a qualified Match Ref Jason Price FFA#83730994 - Level 3 who offered to be the Match Referee, but the other team stated they had a qualified replacement Match Ref which turned out to be incorrect.
ACSC had a Ground Marshall on the Pitch between both Team benches.
