One player from each team sent off. Swiburne player kicked a Lyndale player 'behind the play'. As he was walking off he apprarently spat towards a player/coach (not seen by me as I was writing down the details of the initial red card) at which time #22 (substitute at the time) picked up a chair and threw it towards the Swinburne player.

Spoke to the Swinburne president after the game who apologised and passed on comments made by their offending player apologising for his actions (kicking and spitting). The Lyndale player also apologised to me directly and was remorseful after the incident. The incident happened in a short space of time, and did not continue to impact the game after the red cards were shown.
