Official Match Report

We felt that the referee brushed over an incident. The opposition player went to retrieve an out of bound ball that had gone under the substitute bench. There was another ball available instead the Keysborough player pushed one of our substitutes to get to the ball. The referee did not even call the player out for their behaviour let alone the yellow card expected. When challenged by the coach the referee said you do your job and I'll do mine.
This does little to stamp out this kind of attitude when the referee will not call on players for such blatantly unacceptable behaviour.
