Official Match Report

Albion Rovers had 2x #7 players and 2x #11 players. When I approched them about having same shirt numbers they decided to turn their jerseys inside out and continued to play. Their FV team sheet had no jersey numbers against players and no details were filled out regarding coach, ref, team manager etc.
They had their team manager ref the game
The ID cards were in poor condition, printed in black white and cut out small individually. I was not able to see clearly.
Many other teams have had same issues. We need Football Victoria to look into this.
