Official Match Report
1st Quarter: Calivil United started slowly, with Mitiamo kicking the first. The Demons responded with a couplle of quick goals. The Superoos fought back to only be one point behind, but didn't make the most of their opportunities.
2nd Quarter: Mitiamo started with a good first up goal. After tight contest for much of the quarter. Ben Baker playing his first senior game for the club kicked an important goal to inspired the Demons to 17 point half time leave.
3rd Quarter. After tight start to the quarter Mitiamo took the ascendency, looking like they would take control of the game. To Calivil United's credit they fought hard to stay within touch.
4th Quarter: The last quarter saw the Demons play some inspiring footy. In a great team effort, Jay MacDonald was damaging through the midfield and up forward with 5 goals, while Brad Mason continually repelled the ball in the back half. Aaron McKean was very good for Mitiamo and James Drake took many telling marks on the day.
