During the 53rd minute of the match the goal keeper for Manningham United player 21 moved out of his 15 yard box to contest an attacker from Ringwood City. The Ringwood city player then attempted to have a shot on goal and the goal keeper for Manningham United player 21 committed a handball which prevented the shot on goal whilst he was outside of his 15 yard box. the offence occured about 3 yards away from the 15 yard box and the call I made resulting from the incident was a red card to the Manningham United player 21 and a direct free kick for Ringwood City
