assigned referee Edson Ramirez did not show- was contacted by subsequent Referee (David Kwame Arthur-AR1)- he advised he was 15mins away with 10mins to kick off. We mutually agreed to kick off the match with a volunteer assistant from home team and for Edson to take over when he arrive but he did not show.
