Inspected pitch first @ 6:40pm in preparation for 7:30 Kick off, synthetic pitch was water log, ball would not travel and unsafe for players and officials. Rain continued and stopped at 6:55pm , pitch was checked again at 7:10pm and again, water log in 90% of the pitch , with the ball unable to travel and unsafe traction for players and staff
